The careful vinification of Sangiovese and Canaiolo red grapes, combined with a very long fermentation period at controlled temperature gives this wine a brilliant cherry pink colour; it has a strong fruity bouquet of freshly pressed grapes, completed by a rich and full body slightly sweet. The winemaker recommends matching this agreable wine with risotto, pasta, mushroom-based dishes, fried food, rabbit, and vegetable pies. It is appropriate for those who want a fresh and full-bodied wine; a new and tasteful alternative, due to its delicate nature it is particularly aprreciated by women. To be served at 8-10°C (46-50°F).
